Training
One-to-One Training
Training designed to suit your needs, your goals and your abilities. Whatever your fitness goal, you’ll be guaranteed 100% attention and dedication to help get you there. These sessions will be designed together with you, to make sure you get an input into your training. With single sessions at £30, and longer term discounts available, one-to-one training is not only affordable, but it gets real results. Check out our prices page for latest deals.
This training can be specifically targeted:
- Pregnancy (ante and post natal)
- Sport specific
- Fat loss
- Muscle gain
- Strength and conditioning
- Kettlebell training
Also available are shorter training sessions. These last 35 minutes and cost just £20, and are ideal for lunch breaks. However, these sessions are only available between 10am and 4pm in our fully-equipped city centre studio.

Kettlebell Training
Kettlebells are a hugely popular form of resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning. Shaped like cannonballs with handles, these weights come in many different sizes to suit all abilities. The benefits from introducing kettlebell training to your life are vast – nothing comes close to making such drastic improvements in CV ability, fat loss and muscular endurance.Our basic three-session course costs just £80. Each session lasts an hour, and you’ll learn all the essential kettlebell moves and how to implement them into established training sessions and drills. You’ll also learn some basic tricks to improve your fitness to get the best out of your training. We even throw in a free individualised diet plan, matched up to YOUR goals! We guarantee after three sessions, you’ll be hooked!
Wedding Packages
Getting married? Wanting to look your best on the day and for the photos? Our exclusive ‘Wedding Belles’ package lasts five weeks and includes:
- 10 one-to-one training sessions
- A personalised Diet Plan
- Unlimited access to a Personal Trainer via telephone and email
Experience shows that over this five-week period, individuals can expect to lose anywhere between 10 and 20 lbs – which will make a massive difference to your special day!
The cost of this programme is £300
Virtual Personal Training
If you’re currently at a gym, or have your own equipment at home, it’s worth considering a ‘Virtual PT’ arrangement. Priced at £80 for 3 months of unlimited training and diet support via email, including a nutrition plan matched to your goals and effective training plans based on the equipment you have available, your goals, and the times you are able to train. You take care of the physical effort, and let RWF take care of all your nutrition and exercise planning.

RWF run Boot Camps in West Bridgford, Nottingham, aimed at helping people lose excess weight, get fitter, stronger and improve their overall health and well-being. Based on a winning combination of resistance and cardiovascular training, these sessions are guaranteed to send your fitness levels soaring and improve your body shape

These are all outdoor sessions, and they run regardless of the weather conditions.
Please ring or email first to check availability, as places are strictly limited, to make sure you get a good degree of individual attention. All fitness levels and abilities are catered for, and all equipment is provided – you just need some comfortable clothing, a pair of trainers and a bottle of water. We’ll arrange the rest!
