Safety & rehab
We regularly help clients train safely around back, knee, hip and shoulder issues. If you’re post-physio or returning after surgery, we’ll liaise with your medical team (if you have one) and progress you carefully, taking into account their advice and guidance. We don’t just ignore the input from other professionals.

Q: I’m not fit. Is this for me?
A: Yes. Many of our clients start after long breaks from exercise. We meet you where you are and build up sensibly.
Q: Do I have to join the gym to have PT?
A: No. You can have personal training without a gym membership. If you do become a full member, you’ll have 24-hour access.
Q: I’m over 60. Will the plan be too hard?
A: We specialise in 35–75. Your plan will be joint-friendly, progressive and tailored to your recovery speed.
Q: Do you offer help with injuries?
A: Yes. We provide rehab-aware training and have on-site sports massage. We can also work alongside your physio’s advice.
Q: How soon will I see results?
A: Most people feel better within 2–4 weeks and see measurable strength and fitness improvements within 6–8 weeks.

A: We’re in Colwick, Nottingham (click the link for a map) — easy for West Bridgford, Gedling, Mapperley, Carlton and Netherfield, with free parking on site.
