How long does the session last?
⏱ About 45–60 minutes, depending on your goals and what you want from a first session.
Do I need to be fit already?
💪 Not at all — we work with beginners through to advanced lifters. You don’t even need to train the first time if you’d rather just chat through it all.
What should I wear/bring?
👟 Just normal gym kit that you feel comfortable in. We’ll provide a bottle of water, a coffee or a cup of tea!
Is parking available?
📍 Yes — we’ve got free, unlimited on-site parking right outside the gym.
Do I need to join the gym afterwards?
🚫 No. There’s zero obligation. If you want to carry on, brilliant. If not, you’ll still leave with some valuable insights into what you could do next.
