Do I need hours in the gym every day to lose weight?
No. Two to three sessions a week, paired with realistic food choices, is enough to see progress. Our programmes are built to fit busy lives – three of our PTs are parents themselves and get how hard this can be.
I’m over 40/50 — is it too late to lose weight?
Not at all. Many of our members start their weight-loss journey in their 40s, 50s and 60s. With proper strength training and sensible nutrition, results are absolutely possible.
Aren’t weight-loss injections or fad diets quicker?

Do I need to be a member of the gym to do PT?
No. Personal training is available to everyone. You don’t need to commit to a gym membership if you just want PT sessions.
Can I just join the gym without personal training?
Yes. Many of our members use RWF as their private training space without a trainer. Membership is capped, so you’ll always have access to the kit without queues.
I’m a beginner – will I fit in?
Absolutely. RWF is known for being welcoming to people who feel nervous about traditional gyms. We’ll guide you at your pace, and you’ll never feel out of place.
What if I already train regularly?
