heavy punch bag

Postby again » Thu Feb 18, 2010 1:11 am

I am not a boxer but I wanted to add a heavy bag to my general training. Am I better off getting a 3,4 or 5 foot bag? I plan on using it for punching and carrying (sort of a hard sandbag)
Any advice would be appreciated.

Ended up getting an uppercut/body bag off of ebay. I am up there from time. Send me a text with what you need.
